Volunteer Opportunity and Advanced Training: Pollinator Field Day, June 27th, at Kartchner Caverns

We have another great opportunity for some recruitment and visibility by attending the Pollinator Field Day on June 27th from 10-3 at Kartchner Caverns! I am happy to be there to share our awesome group and can look around for some pollinator related activities to share day of for the kiddos. If anyone else is interested in attending and tabling with me, just let me know! I'm sure Hailey can give even more information to those at the Bat Walk next weekend.

The following is what Hailey shared about the event:
If the Master Naturalists would like to set up a table with our other partners, that would be awesome. Here are the details:
We are showcasing organizations that celebrate pollinators or are involved in any activity that affects pollinators. We are looking for some sort of hands-on activity for the visitors to do, as well as giving you the opportunity to disseminate information regarding the Master Naturalist program. It will be held at the park on June 27 from 10-3, and since it is a Saturday, which is our busiest day, you should get lots of traffic walking by as they come and go on their tours. Let me know if you would be able to, and I will put you on the list.

These are the partners that have committed so far:
Bisbee Science Lab
Borderlands Nursery
Nature Conservancy
Reid Park Zoo
Desert Survivors Nursery
Tohono Chul Botanical Gardens

I'm hoping for a few more but would love to see you all there. We will provide tables and chairs, but you would want to bring lunch because the cafe is currently closed.
